One email address handles everything: questions about our guides, corrections to something we got wrong, and press or editorial enquiries. There are no accounts and no contact forms to fill out — just write to us directly.
Stormviews is an educational publication about YouTube engagement services, and nothing is sold on this site — so there's no support desk, no order status to check, and no account to manage. If you have a question about anything we've published, or you want to raise something with the people who write these guides, email is the way to do it: hello@stormviews.net.
The same address covers press and editorial enquiries. If you're a journalist, researcher, or writer looking to reference our work or ask about our approach, send your enquiry to that inbox and tell us who you are and what you need.
We'd rather fix an error than defend one. If you spot something inaccurate — a stale price range, a policy change we missed, a claim that no longer holds — please tell us. To help us act quickly, include two things in your email:
Corrections and how we handle them are covered in our Editorial Standards, which explains what we do and don't publish and how we treat mistakes once they're flagged.
Stormviews is run by a small editorial team, and replies are best-effort. We read what comes in and get back to genuine questions, corrections, and enquiries as we're able — but we can't promise a fixed turnaround, and we don't offer phone or live support. Corrections that clearly affect the accuracy of a page are the ones we prioritise.
Because we don't sell anything, we can't process orders, issue refunds, or resolve disputes with any engagement provider — we're not connected to any of them. We also don't broker services or maintain a vendor directory. If your question is about a purchase you made somewhere else, the provider you paid is the right place to take it. For who we are and how the site works, see our About page.
